adding a folder

Does anyone know how to add a folder. We have added a
shared calendar to our outlook on our work p.c.'s. When
we sync it won't pull the shared information. Our tech
said we need to add a folder to the pocket-he is not
familiar with pockets so he couldn't help.

PPC will not sync subfolders for calendar. try using outlook catagories
instead. give each person a catagory and one for shared. then you can
configure active sync to sync only certain catagories like "yours" &
"shared"
