Help with ATI TuneP, WDM TVTunner

Hope someone can give some input on this: I have a combo card with a
Rage Pro turbo AGP and ATI TuneP, WDM TVTunner. The whole system is
AGP and was purchased in Europe. I brought it to the US and when
connected the image was garbled and realized it was because the card
was PAL; my question is, can the card be configured/switched to the
NTSC system?
