S-Video to Scart (TV) - ATI Radeon 9700 Pro

I have restarted the computer with the cable attached and the TV on.
When Windows has loaded the help window for enable/disable the TV
appears.

I right-click the ATI-icon, Settings, ATI Display Settings, and
Displays. When the cable is connected to the TV, no graphics of a
monitor, TV, nor the flat screen appears under "Scheme" and "Hotkey". I
do not understand this... If I disconnect the cable, they appear, but
only the flat screen enabled (since I only have this device.)
Anybody?
