You can use Windows Task Scheduler ("Schedule Tasks" ) to initiate a program
when you either logon or during system startup (boot). If the program
mentioned below requires admin privileges and you want it to execute until
the next reboot or you actively remove it from memory then schedule the task
to initiate during system start up. Also, if started during system start up,
it shouldn't display a UI or query user for input as this will probably
result in unexpected behavior.
