Locked out of Admin Account

My sister downloaded something onto my computer last night, and now
everytime I try and log into my account (which is the admin account)
My computer just freezes trying to load something???

I can get onto my daughter's account, which is limited, but I can't
remove spyware from there or anything else....

Can something be done from safe mode maybe?? And if so how do I get
onto safe mode.

I think if I run spybot/ad-aware I could fix the problem, but like I
said I can't even get onto my account.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
