Windows cannot load User's Profile

***User Environment. Windows cannot load User's Profile but has logged on
with the default profile of the system. Detail, The process cannot access the
file because is being used by an other process***.

    This can happen when the user profile becomes corrupted. Make a new user
    profile for that person, obviously not using the exact same name, and
    then copy over the user's data to the new profile. Then you can delete
    the old user profile. Here is further information:
