Hello all.

As the subject title says, I cannot disable the Secondary Logon/"Run as" in
Windows XP (Home edition). Whenever I try to run various applications the
"Run as" prompt appears and only a few applications are unaffected. All of
the unaffected files are MS programs, but some other MS programs (eg. Word,
Calculator) bring up the "Run as" prompt.

I have tried the HideRunAsVerb (set to 1) and My
Computer\Management\Services and Applications\Services\Secondary Logon -
Startup type: Disabled & Manual, Logon Hardware Profile: Disabled

I have tried various combinations of the above settings with no success.

Please help.
