URGENT HELP!!! firewall?

Hi there i have this error which keeps appearing when i try to turn on
my windows firewall, and when i open sevices.msc the internet
conenction firewall service is no longer there.
any help is greatly appreciated.

ethi; See KB article 892350 it should provide you with the method to repair
the winsock2, damaged with the removal of an LSP program with an antispyware
program that does not repair the damage caused in the winsock2 registry key.

If you prefer use LSP-Fix http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.zip this utility is
designed to repair a damaged winsock. It needs no instalation and it can do
the repair for you... as you run it, the damaged keys should appear in the
right pane.. press delete to continue and restart your computer, the
winsock2 keys should be restored to default specs. If the scan shows nothing
in the right pane, no second scan is needed or adviced... it's adviced to
use this program as few times as posible, so if nothing appears, dont run it
again. and proceed to apply the instructions in the 892350 KB article.
