AIW 9800 Pro PAUSE TV Problems

Fellow Video Card Lovers:

I purchased an ATI All-In-Wonder 9800 Pro in December of 2004.

I must say, I LOVE this video card. Installation was simple, and the
graphics are beautiful. What I am disappointed with is the lacking
instructions provided in the ATI manual on how-to-use/troubleshoot the
software that comes with the card. I searched the online
documentation, but found no more than what was offered in the manual
that came with the card.


PROBLEM: - I open the TV program, see all my cable tv shows. When I
click the "PAUSE" button, the Video pauses, however I can still hear
the live Audio playing. When I press "PLAY" to continue from where the
video left off, I hear BOTH the recorded Audio AND the live Audio
simultaneously !

Does anyone know how I may resolve this issue ?
