I don't have any games that will loop demos all day to see if my video
card is overheating (see http://www.rage3d.com/board/showthread.php?t=33803105 )
.... Are there any programs beside 3D screen savers to run for nonstop and
without me being at the keyboard during those tests in Windows XP Pro. SP2?

In the past, Half-Life 2 crashed with "hl2.exe Application Error --
"0x241f94b7" referenced memory at "0x0107f5c0". The memory could not be
"read"." errors and random blue screen errors (see
http://tinyurl.com/42mhw ) and scren savers getting choppy after a few
hours (see http://www.rage3d.com/board/showthread.php?t=33803105 ).

Thank you in advance. :)

There is or was an automatic overclocking utility for ATI cards that tests
for artifacts as it runs (it shows a spinning fuzzy cube). I forget the
name tho, someone here will have it.

Thanks guys. Do I assume I can run this all night/hours without
overclocking my video card?

Try FutureMark 2003 or 2005...
