I have the TV Wonder Pro Remote Control edition and the Radeon 9800 256MB.
When viewing a TV program, if I mistakenly hit the Remote Wonder button that
cycles through the audio modes, the only mode that will be available after
that is Mono.

I have tried to ESC out of full screen mode and choose Stereo from the
menus, but that does not change from Mono. It stays on mono for every
single station.

The only way I seemed to be able to work around this is to change to "Both"
for the audio mode (I assume that means both normal and SAP mode). After
going to Both, I am then able to select Stereo.

Using ATI Media Center 9.0.3 and the latest downloade drivers from ATI.

I am not using the SB. I am using the sound card (SoundMAX) that is
integrated on my Asus A8V Deluxe mother board. It is a pretty good 5.1 card
that can be configured a bunch of different ways (2, 3, 4, 5, 5.1). I have
no seen any echoing just yet. I have seen several posts on that and I
believe there is something on the ATI Site about it so you may be in luck.
Sorry that I don't have a link.

I really like the way MMC 9 looks for the most part, but little things are
really starting to irritate me like the way I have to change to Both in
order to get off of Mono when I accidently select it. Other things like the
way Closed Caption, Recording, and Parental Controls indicators stay on the
side of the screen in full screen drive me absolutely crazy because I can't
see how to hide those displays. I think I will post about that to see if
someone knows how to get rid of that.
