No matter what I have tried I cannot remove the viruses (viri?) in this file.
I have tried using rmdir/ command. del deltree etc. Several darkware
downloaders in this folder.

I threw every tool I owned at it and got it with Fix It AV off System Suite
5. problem solved

The "C:\Recycler" folder is a protected system folder. You shouldn't
try to delete it. Instead, why not simply right-click on the desktop's
Recycle Bin icon and select "Empty..." This will delete any infected
files from the folder.
