I'm on a cable connection (Rogers toronto - 1.5Mbs download and somewhere around 100kbs upload), and it's going sooo slow. Can the problems be located from any of those results? Notice the changes when it gets to my ip - if I'm reading it right a ping of over 1200ms and I think around 7% packet loss. What can this mean? Is it my connection at home? My ISP? Cables from ISP to my house? Bad modem? A bad setup?

any help would be appreciated. thanks :)

you should call your cable company and have them run a test on your line.
