I have 3 computers running Win XP Pro (me and my 2 daughters).

Is it possible to set up roaming profiles without having to buy a fourth one
to set it as a server ?

My goal is that any of us could have the possibility of working on documents
from any computer and could also retrieve his Outlook messages from the ISP
from any computer.

No. Roaming profiles are only supported by a server operating system.
You could solve the issue by having one computer designated as a "file
server" and put your data files on it. However, you won't be able to
work on the same Word document simultaneously.

As for your Outlook wishes, a workaround (in order to avoid setting up
an Exchange server) would be to:

1. Have Outlook installed on each client computer.
2. Have all Outlook accounts in each Outlook installation on each
computer.
3. Set Outlook to leave messages on the server. This means a copy of the
messages will be left on your ISP's mail server and you'll need to
manually delete them from the server periodically.
