Hi,
Just bought a new PC with 'ATI Radeon X740 XL' video card in it. This
card has a SCART (TV) output.
I'm wondering HOW LONG can the SCART cable be to still have decent
video & audio on my TV? (current distance between my PC and TV is
about 7 metres... I'm afraid that this is too long)

first up i;ve never heard of an x740 but i'll take your word for it
you could get a scart lead thats about 5m lond but it will cost you almost
£30. Try www.maplin.co.uk cheap cables will give you alot of interference and the longer ones still
might not work great. you could also consider one of those in house things
that beams the signal around your house.
I'm gonna connect my pc and tv mines more like 4m. but i'm using composite
leads(red, yellow and white) and a coupler.
hope that helped
