Ok i got one user account which is the default Administrator and it won't let
me create a limited account because i have to create at least one Computer
Administrator but I'm already the default Administrator. so im suppose to
create another account with administrative privelege. How Many administrator
account do i suppose to have?
some people here say that when you first create another user account it will
be a 2nd administrator privelege and the 1st default Administrator will be
hidden for use when there's a problem. so I'm suppose to have 2 administrator
account, one is a hidden administrator and second is the one i created, then
i can create a limited account after that.

Windows XP Professional or Home?
If Home - the Administrator account is already hidden and can only be used
from Safe mode.
Technically - you can have one administrator (the 'default' one as you say)
and all limited accounts after that on Professional without a problem - but
if you forget the admin account password and don't have a backup or -
something goes corrupt and you cannot log into the system as the admin
account - the second is nice to have - just make sure they are strpng
passwords.
