8008889999@tmomail.net when using T-Mobile. Each service provider will
naturally be different.

think the problem is not as much on your side, but on your brothers
side. After all, you can e-mail to anyone. Your brother needs to find
out what e-mail address he has access to with his mobile phone (just
the T-Mobile service the other poster suggested, or may be a full POP3
account like a MS Smartphone or other phones like the Sony Ericsson
T610 or Nokia 3600 series can handle).
