I have recently purchased a HP Pocket PC 4150 running
Windows Mobile 2003(4.20.1081(Build 13100).I have 2
questions.First I have uninstalled several programs but I
can't seem to get rid of the now useless shortcuts from
the Programs screen. How do I do it? When my handheld is
in its cradle and I try to use the MSN Messenger service
I get an error saying "Logon to MSN Messenger Service
failed because the service is not compatible with this
version of the program"How do I correct this? Thanks

problem 1 - open file explorer, browse to the windows--start menu--programs
directory and delete the offending shortcuts.

problem 2 - there is an update available from MS for messenger. search for
"messenger update for ppc2003"
