Today after i tried turning a dual-audio movie into a single-audio, i kept getting the errors

"Microsoft explorer has stopped working, restarting" blah blah blah.
Continuous loop.

I'm guessing it's due to the file.
I try to delete it in Safe Mode but it won't let me, it said
"Preparing to Recycle"
and it never disappears.

How can i delete the file, or even fix the microsoft explorer crash option?
I tried system restore but i have no point to restore from.
I don't have a Windows recovery disc either.

What program where you using to do that?
What 'file' are you trying to delete? Got the link where you got your download movie from?

Until you figure out what's going on - you can always install Firefox or Chrome as use that as your browser.

So why is this urgent?

Sir, not INTERNET EXPLORER.
Microsoft explorer, it's the thing that makes all your icons and taskbar show up and stuff.
If you want to see, do CTRL + ALT + DELETE and delete the explorer.exe process. If you want to bring it back after, do ctrl+alt+delete again and press "run program" and just type in explorer.exe.

I downloaded it from some forum from megaupload and stuff.
Program i used was mkvtoolnix
