ATI Rage 128 question

Hello from the Eighth Doctor
My Dell Dimension is wearing an ATI Rage 128 video card. It works as a VGA card
under Windows, and as a Framebuffer under Linux. The last time I examined the
card I saw a row of header pins across the card's top. The people at ATI told me it
was for a now discontinued device to allow for composite video to be streamed in,
and displayed.

Naturally they would not tell me what had happened to the device. Nor what it was
named. Now the Question.
Has anyone come across this thing, and perhaps even have one in their possesion?
If at all possible I would like to see a digital photo of it, plus its name. I am looking
for proof that it exists, and perhaps even works with both operating systems.

I have here a video tuner device, the Hauppauge WinTV device, the video card is
one of the selected ones on the box. For the work I do, I am looking to obtain that
now according to ATI obsolete device, in hopes of looking for something far
simpler.

I think the cards from All-in-Wonder 128 Pro to Xpert 128 are Rage 128
Pro chips and All-in-Wonder 128 to Xpert 99 are Rage 128 chips.
