ESata boot for a laptop

Hello, I want to manage my RAM. I would like to save 1 GB for my gaming.
Not quit sure how to do that. hoping someone could help me. Acer Aspire 5336 3GB

  1. You don't do this, bit of an odd request. Just don't run other applications when running games 3 gig is plenty to run games on.
  2. I suspect the Operating System is better at managing RAM than you could be. Leave it to do its job.
