Part of the Audeo or sound is not working! PPS, U-tube, and some

It started off by receiving PPS'with sound,but not for me. Lately the audio for U-tube and some web page video clips are not producing sound either. I am using Windows 7 Home version.
Could you help me please?

Go into Control Panel/Sound to ensure you have the proper output device selected as default. Often, systems have on-board and HDMI audio. Just make sure which ever is supposed to provide sound is selected as the default.

If that doesn't work. Verify (and re-install if needed) that your drivers are working properly (Control Panel/Device Manager).
