Service pack 2 download takes for ever

Something is wrong, it should not take near that long, especially with that
connection.

Was the computer free of pre-existing problems before you started?
Follow the Service Pack Installation Checklist (link below) to be sure.

Order the free CD or download the Network Installation of SP-2, Step 1 of
