HDTV Wonder vs. Samsung SIR-T451 vs ???

Does anyone have any personal experience in comparing the HDTV Wonder
against the Samsung SIR-T451 or any other terrestial HDTV tuner?

Specifically, is the graphics card used with the HDTV Wonder a big
factor or is anything meeting the minimum specs OK? When using the HDTV
Wonder, I am getting momentary picture freezes now and then -- would
these go away if I switch to something like the Samsung?

I am aware the freezes may be due to signal quality, but are there
better quality tuners that get by with lower quality signals?
