I've been needing to get a PDA/cell phone combo. I'd like one which also has
a camera, and hopefully, can be on the Verizon network. After looking at a
number of devices (such as a SonyEricsson p900), I've settled on what seems
like a good choice: the Samsung i700 phone (seen here
http://www.brighthand.com/article/ [...] PC_Phone). My question is:
how well does it integrate with a Mac? I've seen a couple of 3rd-party
programs such as "Missing Sync" ) which appear to do what I want. I
particularly need to exchange files with my Mac (documents and JPGs) and
most importantly sync Entourage data (addresses, phone numbers, calendar,
etc.). I'd like to hear from people who have used it - do you like the
Samsung i700 and does it work well with your Mac? Any thoughts would be
greatly appreciated.

While I don't use a Samsung i700, I would like to put in a good word
for MarkSpace (the publishers of Missing Sync). I use it with my
Samsung i330, and it works perfectly.

The following site has several forums that cover the i700; your question
should be answered there. I own and love the 700, btw.
