I have been experiencing a problem. While checking pop3 e-mail, regardless
if outlook is minimized or maximized, everything on the desktop flickers
for 3-5 seconds.
When i want to send a new email and when i drag the email to the second
screen i can't send the mail. You can do nothing with the mail, just drag it
to the screen it comes from.

Configuration

Windows 2000
2002 SP2
Parhelia 128 using 3 monitors

Please help me because it's very annoying
