You're out of luck if you want to do this with the built in Calendar
application, but f you use an alternative PIM manager like Agenda Fusion
(http://www.developerone.com) or Pocket Informant
(http://www.pocketinformant.com) you could use dedicated categories for these
special appointments, and show a different color for these appointments.
