my gf just brought it for office use, and she ask me how to install driver for it, so i show her the way: go to setting\printer\add printer and search for panasonic/KX-P1121, then print self-test page after install the driver. Everything seems alright, but after 20 minutes, she call me back and tell me that printer start going crazy and printing out unknow chracters. I tell her try to print something on notepad, but she said everything just same, and start to blame me. OMG, can somebody help me out or point me to the printer manual(i fail to search it, even on the panasonic website)

ps: Panasonic KX-P1121 is dot matrix printer.
