I have few Windows XP sp2 Pro distributed in various locations that I need
to Disbale Some Functionality (IE and run). But When I do that thru GPedit,
it includes the administator account. Is there a way to apply policy to local
users and exclude administrator.

The Machines are not in a domain,.

thanks
