ok guys for my sanity we must prove that this is a lie. I spent some time referancing it with my copy of mario 3 and have come an inconsistancy:

There is no background in the first level on the video, in mario 3 there is. Perhaps the japanese version is different though...

what do you think guys

The version I had before looked exactly like the movie. Nintendo released two versions I think, so maybe yours is different, that or maybe your version is broken.

I'm pretty sure it's real. I was able to pass all of the first world at that speed as it seemed like everything was lined up so you could make it through without even touching the ground.

The Quake one though has to have some computer playing as it's insane.
