i use a wireless internet, using earthnet port. no modem. can i fax with wireless or not?

You need to fax using a modem and telephone line.

Now this would work if another PC on your network has a modem and facsimile software and modem sharing. Typically this could be found in a server with MS Windows 2000 and fax sharing installed.
