Is there a way to capture video from my analog movie camera using Vegas
Video and the Pinnacle Movie Box USB device? Vegas says to make sure it is
turned on and not being used by another program. It is on and I don't think
it's being used by another program. I'm using Win XP Pro, on a 2.4c P4.

Thanks for any help!

I had a similar problem trying to use a generic brand USB analog
capture device. Also, if I captured video with this same device and
tried to import it into Vegas as a MPG, it would not accept it, citing
"uknown format".

I took the device back to the store where I purchased it and got a
Dazzle Fusion instead. The Dazzle works just fine with Vegas. Also, I
know that the Dazzle DVC80 will work as well as I have used that
device for analog video in the past.
