Hello,

I'm new to pocket PC's, I have just purchased an Ipaq HP5550 and i would
like to know how to transfer word and exel documents from my pc to my pocet
pc and vice versa. (This is probably very simple and I will make myself look
very dumb)

I would also like to be able to fax from my pocket pc via bluetooth using my
mobile phone, can this be done?

Hope someone can help

All you need to do is set Files to be synchronized, and make
sure you place the documents you want on your Pocket PC in the
synchronized files directory. Activesync will automatically
create such a directory as a subfolder of My Documents on your
desktop. The items will sync to your My Documents folder in main
memory on your Pocket PC.

You can when you use third party software like TrueFax (

Just a quick question to satisfy my curiosity...

Did you even bother to open the Operator Manual that came with your iPAQ?

I take it this is a joke, otherwise I'm almost sorry I replied
to your first message. ;)
