Hi i have installed xp pro (64bit) on to a partitoin that had just xp pro (32bit) but i also had windows 7U (32bit) installed on a seperate partition on the same hard drive and now it just loads just into xp how do i load back in to windows7 and still have the choice?

You've overwritten the Windows 7 boot loader; the XP one can't handle Windows 7. Use your Windows 7 install disk to repair it (do a repair install).
