Description of Problem: Video Conferencing. Hi: Using a
Dell >Windows XP >Logitech Web Cams :
I have installed Logitech Web cams on both computers, in
two different addresses. We tried to video conference(not
net conferencing)
through MSN messenger 6.1 and could not get either sound
or
video to either one . We attempted to access from one
camera to the other by clicking the video conference
button in
the action window. That did not work, we attempted to try
it in reverse . No luck there. We have no problem with
just the web cam on in both locations and can see each
others screen.
Is there something we are not doing in the setup to cause
this malfunction .
Sure could use some advice , and I thank you in advance .
