Hello,
is their anybody out there? None of my players will play video only sound. All I get is a black screen. This inclides DVD or on line streaming video. I've had this problem for a few months now. Has anyone found a solution? I read about others with somilar problems but there are no solutions posted. Help anyone?

I have already upgraded to version #9 also I have the latest drivers. I've gone through all the support questions offered in XP help. My video card works fine, it's passed all the tests. It is only the players showing black screens. My sound is great.
Is there anyone out there who has any more suggestions. This is getting very stressful. Does anyone in this forum know about more XP video solutions if I have exhausted all the help suggestions offered in XP help?
Who can I talk to if no one here can help get my video players working properly? Even downloading new players doesn't work.
