dvd problems

My toshiba can not show dvd any more. I need to install the original decoders and drivers a guy at ms say
how do I do that? Does toshiba have them available somewhere?

Your Toshiba will have come with a CD called PowerDVD or WinDVD.... that is
what you need to reinstall.
