msn sending doesnt work on there computer

i try sending a windows movie maker video but it doesnt
want to play on there computer, i tried even tellign them
to open it with there movie mkaer, but still nothing, nto
even changing the format to avi doesnt work, can u help?

What version of Windows Media Player are they using? MovieMaker saves in
WMV v9 codecs.... they can upgrade to a newer version by downloading WMP at
www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia
