upgrade to Window Movie Maker 2

I downloaded the files and movie maker did not upgrade, I
searched for an answer to this problem, found 1, but
still no upgrade. Any suggestions?

Have a look at www.papajohn.org where there is a section on installation
problems. If no good, come back with a little more info on what is
happening.

I also have attempted to upgrade to Movie Maker 2. I tried the fix located through www.papajohn.org and Microsofts "workaround" solution. Didn't change anything. Still no Movie Maker 2.
