Problems in opening .jpeg files in windows 7

Hello,
sir i have taken some photos from my mobile phones.among those photos some have extensions .jpg and others have .jpeg. .jpeg files are not opened in any of the software.sir please help me?

See if .jpeg and .jpg is associated to any particular app.
By default it's Win Photo Viewer, I think. If that's not working for some reason, you have to go to
Start>Default Programs (right hand column of start manu)>Associate a file type with a protocol or program>Scroll down alphabetically to .jpeg>Left Click>Change Program (top right)>Click on one of the recommended programs on the Window that'll open>Apply>OK
