Mouse and Keyboard stops loading on login windows 7

Hi I have A dell

I intalled this Iphone drive it froze, restarted and now my USB keyboard and mouse do not work. My USB ports are fine as they still charge other devices.

The keyboard works fine in BIOS but once the windows login comes up no more keyboard or mouse, this happens in safemode to.

Maybe you can used your Windows 7 CD to boot at startup, and then click on the repair. From there you can system restore, or restore a image and repair startup problems.
