every time i try to play a game it says could not openGL
update video driver and iv tried but still cant sort it
out please someone help and iv got a AMD athon 1.6 send

How about telling us the video card you are using and the driver version for the
card????????????

You need to reinstall the drivers for your video card. You need to use the
OEM drivers, not Microsoft's.
