Messages not showing in the conversation box

Hello,im using windows 7, but i'm trying to use Yahoo messanger, the messages are not showing in the conversation box. (messages sent to me and messages i sent).

Have you installed the latest version of yahoo messanger. I would also assume that this is a problem with yahoo messenger. If the current version does not work, you might have to use an older version. Sometimes the latest and greatest version has bugs in it. Hope that helps. You might want to even try to run in compatibility mode.
