I can get access to the internet and receive email but not send it. I am
using a wireless card. I installed the exact same settings I use on my
laptop on the Ipaq but still cannot send email. Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks.
Jerry

Does your server require SMTP authentication? Check this option (it's
on Page 4/4 under the Options button, and on Page 2/3 of Options).

You might check to see if your PDA's ISP has port blocking on TCP Port 25,
many ISP's do.

It is probably a Port 25 problem. I have the same problem. Anyone know how
to change the SMTP port on an HP 4155. I can change it in Outlook with no
problem....

Append the port number to the server address...

Examples:

your.smtp.mail.address:port_number

mail.smtp.isp.com:2525

I have the same problem. I do not need authentication, but
have tried ticking that anyway. nPop sends email no
problem on port 25. I rather use outlook. Has anyone
resolved this yet?
