which newer version of Norton Utilities rsp. Norton System Works is
containing the Norton Disk Doctor (ndd.exe) and Diskedit, to repair older
FAT16 hard disks?

The current version should be able to repair all formats: FAT12 (only
used by floppies today), FAT16, FAT32, NTFS.
