I know it has to be in my settings somewhere, but I am
just not sure where ! ! I have a S-video cable directly
from my video card to my tv and I have nothing but a
blank screen. I don't know where to go from there.

Could anyone help me please??

It's in your video card settings. Consult the manual for your specific
card. I'm using an ATI Radeon 9800 and here's what I do: Right-click an
empty area of the desktop, then click Properties. Click Settings tab,
then click on Adavanced. Now I'm looking at my video card settings.
Click on the display tab, and enable output to the TV. You should now see
your desktop on the TV.
