Why don't they have it on a Symantec site? Seems suspicious on a
different domain.

It's legit; you can get to it from http://www.symantec.com/ as well. For
whatever reason, they have some of their Investor Relations material on
symantec.com and some on corporate-ir.net, which seems to be run by some PR
company.
