I take data from video camera and then I will edit that
using Movie Maker 2.0. Data flow if I use best quality is
about 2.5Mbps. I have seen on microsoft pages that HD
quality is something near of 7.0Mbps. How it's possibe to
do HD quality? Is there some special tool for that? New
Movie maker?

HD camcorder would be the starting point.
