Trying to install Seagate external Hard drive

Hello,My external hard drive's auto play dose not work

Ok do this for me.

Right click on My computer -> properties -> selected device manager -> look for your device their under disk drives.

Your auto play feature might be disabled and or your hard drive might be having issues.
