No video with Quick-Time

I installed Quicktime and now all I receive is the audio
and no picture. Contacted Apple and they said it was a
windows problem. My windows media works properly(sound
and videa) also RealOne works right. Does any one have
any ideas. Your help would be appreciated.

the apple site they have movie trailers and other video
feeds. In all cases all I gewt is a blank white screen
but I do get the sound and I do get the picture frame
with the buttons and the moving sound indicator.
